We want you to love your Hubman and Chubgirl gear as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
